About the role: We're looking for a PGD Engineer – Solar Inverter on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. It is a W-2 position. The Power Generation Division is looking for a PGD Engineer. This engineer will apply diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and fields related to solar power generation. You will need to make decisions independently regarding engineering issues and processes.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Bachelor's Degree in other engineering discipline with equivalent experience with electrical systems. 5+ years of engineering experience. Utility-scale inverter and power electronics experience. And ability to work with operations teams.
Master's degree in electrical engineering. 2 years of experience with solar inverters. Previous experience in operations support or control center environments.

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $45.00/hr. to $50.00/hr.
