Certified Flagger/General Labor Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

Flagging Responsibilities

• Direct traffic safely through construction work zones using stop/slow paddles and hand signals.
• Communicate with fellow flaggers and crew members using radios.
• Maintain a safe work zone for the public, motorists, and construction crews.
• Follow all traffic control procedures and safety regulations.

General Labor Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with site preparation and cleanup.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Dig, shovel, rake, and perform other manual labor tasks.
• Help maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support skilled trades as needed. Follow directions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

Certified Flagger/General Labor Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• No flagger certification? No problem! We provide the required training and certification before you begin working in a flagging role.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
