Job Description
Stop selling basic stuff. Promote sustainable art with ConstruArt Pavers Co. ♻️✨
Skip the boring retail or fast-food shifts. Get outside, build real business skills, and help local homeowners build sustainable, eco-friendly outdoor spaces.
Our Mission on the Doors: "Pavers, but art."At ConstruArt, we don't just knock on doors to sell contracts; we connect face-to-face with neighbors to reimagine their outdoor living.
Every home we visit is an opportunity to replace cracked, water-blocking concrete with sustainable, breathable stone craftsmanship that protects California's ecosystem.
Our field reps act as trusted local advisors, helping homeowners design drought-resilient yards they are proud to own and pass down.
Why ConstruArt is Different:We don't just pour concrete: We install advanced permeable pavers and green grid systems that prevent flooding, stop toxic runoff, and filter rainwater back into California’s water table.
We save water: Our turf installations help homeowners slash their water use and eliminate chemical fertilizers completely.
Tech-driven field gear: No clipboards here. We use the latest digital routing and quoting software right from your phone.
Clear, fast money: $20.00/hour starting base, plus uncapped performance bonuses.
Hit your goals, get paid, and get promoted to Team Lead in 3 to 6 months..
Requirements: Previous door to door experience, positive attitude, 18+, reliable transportation
